The Ontario Hospital Association is committed to increasing awareness among the public and decision-makers of the achievements and unique needs of Ontario’s Small, Rural and Northern (SRN) hospitals. Since May 2006, the OHA has held a major conference on the future of health care in rural and northern Ontario; raised SRN issues with key decision-makers on a regular basis - and; launched this new SRN-focused advocacy website
Now, the OHA is pleased to announce the creation of an SRN Hospital Communications Toolkit. The Toolkit includes materials designed to assist SRN hospital CEOs and communicators in their discussions with the public, the media and decision-makers about the opportunities and challenges facing their hospitals.
