Hospital Perspectives, Small, Rural and Northern Edition - Now Available!!
The OHA is pleased to announce that the summer issue of Hospital Perspectives - the Small, Rural and Northern Hospital edition - is now available!
This new, themed Edition of Hospital Perspectives recognizes small, rural and northern hospitals for the tremendous work they do in delivering high-quality care in the face of unique funding and access issues. These hospitals are challenged with providing equitable and timely access to health care despite geographic remoteness, long distances, low density populations, fewer providers, and inclement weather conditions. In addition to recognizing the challenges, this Edition also celebrates innovation and the tremendous efforts put forth by these hospitals to remain the bedrock of their communities, continuing to provide top-notch care to the patients that rely on their services.
